MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT & WARRANTY CLAIMS
At Roebenhoff, we take pride in the quality of our products. All Roebenhoff products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Please note:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item. Wooden parts, such as handles or accessories, and items used in commercial settings are also excluded from coverage.
Examples of What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

Products with wooden components

Damage caused by not following Roebenhoff’s care and usage guidelines (e.g., putting wooden handles or parts in the dishwasher)

Products with a limited warranty duration specified on the packaging

Any repair attempts by a third party, or damage incurred during such repairs
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us at canada@roebenhoff.com to begin the warranty assessment process.
When contacting us, please include:

Your full name

Order number
-
Product name and/or SKU
-
Billing address
-
Clear photos showing the defect (this will help us expedite your claim)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
Important: Packages sent without an RA number or to an unauthorized address will be refused.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY RETURNS

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Roebenhoff.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to protect your return during transit.

Returns will not be accepted in person, as our warehouse is not open to the public.

Include the RA number clearly inside the package.

If returning knives, cookware, or sharp-edged products, ensure items are securely wrapped to prevent damage or injury during transit.
AFTER YOU SEND YOUR PRODUCT
Once we receive your product with the RA number, please allow 4–6 weeks for inspection and processing.

If your product is approved as defective, it will be replaced.

If the original product is discontinued or out of stock, we will replace it with an item of equivalent value and function.

We do not offer product repairs.
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE SENDING YOUR PRODUCT

Include a printed copy of the RA confirmation email inside the package.

If your item holds sentimental value, do not send it, as we are unable to return any products once they are received and processed.

Do not include any personal accessories or packaging (knife holders, pan protectors, gift wraps, etc.), as they will be discarded.

This warranty covers replacements only. Repairs are not available.

Please allow 4–6 weeks to receive your replacement once your return is processed.
